Analysis and countermeasures of risk management in obstetric nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors and Countermeasures of obstetric nursing.Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of 300 cases of maternal risk management methods.Results:After the implementation of risk management measures,the maternal satisfaction significantly increased,and the nursing disputes and nursing defects were significantly decreased.Conclusion:Analyzing the risk factors of obstetric nursing and do risk management with purpose can significantly improve the quality of nursing.关键词
