6S管理法在提高药品管理安全中的价值研究
Study on the value of 6S management in improving the safety of drug administration
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of 6S management in improving the safety of drug administration.Methods:6S management was used in the therapeutic room of ICU and the management results were evaluated.Results:After the implementation of 6S management,the scores of safety awareness and the scores of each dimension in nurses were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).4 cases of medication errors occurred before the implementation of 6S management and 1 case of medication errors occurred after the implementation of 6S management.Conclusion:6S management enhanced the safety awareness of ICU staff and reduced the incidence of medication errors.关键词
