Effect of nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:92 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group with 46 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group were given the enalapril treatment.The study group were given the nifedipine controlled release tablets treatment.Results:After the treatment,the clinical total efficiency of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the amplitude of blood pressure improved of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the study group without obvious adverse reaction, 3 cases of the control group had mild headache(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertension curative can effectively improve the patient's symptoms,without obvious adverse reactions and high safety.关键词
