Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was only given internal medicine symptomatic treatment.The observation group was given noninvasive ventilator treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results:In the observation group,22 cases(55%) were markedly effective;15 cases(37.5%) were effective.The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of internal medicine symptomatic treatment,the patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure are given noninvasive ventilator treatment that can significantly improve the blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide pressure of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The curative effect is remarkable.关键词
