摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of ozagrel,fasudil,low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods:80 cases of TIA were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each with 40 cases.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with the combination of ozagrel,fasudil,low molecular heparin calcium on the basis of the control group.We observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% ,higher than 65% of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 3 drugs can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients with TIA, which is safe and effective.关键词
