静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效
Curative effect of intravenous injection amiodarone in the treatment of elderly severe heart failure combined with rapid arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of intravenous injection amiodarone in the treatment of elderly severe heart failure combined with rapid arrhythmia.Methods:86 patients with severe heart failure combined with rapid arrhythmia were selected.They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment) and the experimental group(conventional treatment and intravenous injection amiodarone) according to the different treatment plan.The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 48 hours after administration,the cardiac index(CI),ejection fraction(EF),arterial pressure(MAP),E peak and A peak(E/A) of the experimental group were significantly improved,and they were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Intravenous injection amiodarone can effectively improve the symptoms of elderly patients with severe heart failure and arrhythmia,improve the hemodynamic parameters,and the safety is relatively high.关键词
