摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the recent curative effect and safety of tracheal stent implantation operation in the treatment of cancer acute respiratory tract obstruction.Methods:20 patients with cancer acute respiratory tract obstruction were selected.They were given tracheal stent implantation operation.The curative effect of patients was observed.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of patients were significantly improved.Follow-up observation,except 2 patients were condition deterioration caused by uncontrollable lung infection,and 2 cases were died caused by distant metastasis,other 16 cases were placed the stent that showed no displacement,who had no significant pain and foreign body sensation,and the tolerance was good.Conclusion:Tracheal stent implantation operation is an effective and safe treatment method in rescuing cancer acute respiratory tract obstruction.关键词
