摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical curative effect of using different operation opportunity in the treatment of patients with basal ganglia medial type cerebral hemorrhage in brain surgery clinical.Methods:64 patients with basal ganglia medial type cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each.The patients of the observation group were given operation treatment within 12 hours after onset.The patients of the control group were given operation treatment after 12 hours after the onset.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After clinical treatment,the blood oxygen saturation, arterial oxygen partial pressure recovery of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the average intracranial pressure improvement situation was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effects of using different operation opportunity in the treatment of patients with basal ganglia medial type cerebral hemorrhage in brain surgery clinical have large difference.For the patients with basal ganglia medial type cerebral hemorrhage,the clinical effect of early treatment is better,and the disease prognosis of patients is also better,which can improve and increase the life quality of patients,so the patients with basal ganglia medial type cerebral hemorrhage should be advocated early diagnosis and early treatment in clinical.关键词
