Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes,and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:236 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into the simple coronary heart disease group and the coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes group,hereinafter referred to as the A,B two groups.They were followed up for 3 years,we collected and recorded the general clinical data and frequency and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in all patients during follow-up.Results:During the follow-up period,the indexes of glucose metabolism,incidence of blood lipid and cardiovascular events were significantly higher in the group B than in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes,the condition is complicated,and the metabolic index is serious,the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents is high.Outpatient service should be paid attention to and actively adopt the corresponding control measures.关键词
