经皮肾镜碎石术后大出血的处理分析
Analysis of the treatment of massive hemorrhage after percutaneous lithotripsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment of massive hemorrhage after percutaneous lithotripsy.Methods:78 patients with massive hemorrhage after percutaneous renal lithotripsy were selected.The clinical therapeutic effect of the patients was observed and the causes of major bleeding was analyzed.Results:In 78 cases,bleeding occurred within 3~7 d after operation,and the amount of bleeding was 300~1 000 mL.77 cases of patients with channel compression hemostasis and after drug treatment to improve the situation;patients without renal resection or death.Conclusion:In the treatment of large hemorrhage after percutaneous renal lithotripsy,we should do a good job preparation,and take appropriate treatment measures in time.关键词
