胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的临床疗效及安全性观察分析
Observation and analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of radical operation of lung cancer by thoracoscope
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of radical operation of lung cancer by thoracoscope. Methods:88 patients with lung cancer were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group used traditional thoracotomy lung cancer radical prostatectomy,while the observation group used radical operation of lung cancer by thoracoscope.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the operation time,amount of bleeding during operation,extubation time,hospital stay,incidence of complications,recurrence rate compared with the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of radical operation of lung cancer by thoracoscope in the treatment patients with lung cancer is significant,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,shorten the length of hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,the safety is high.关键词
