Comparative study on the effect of different proton pump inhibitors treating reflux esophagitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:86 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group were treated with omeprazole, and the observation group were treated with esomeprazole.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis had significant clinical effect and the drug was safe and effective.关键词
