Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hemodiafiltration in the treatment of refractory hypertension in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic renal failure combined with refractory hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemodiafiltration.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 88.0%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure combined with refractory hypertension had significant clinical curative effect and improved the satisfaction of the patients.关键词
