负压封闭引流技术在创伤骨科术后感染中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the value and significance of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment process. Methods:100 patients treated in trauma department of orthopedics were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage technology,while the control group was taken the traditional method to treat the wound.We compared the effects of different treatments on the times of dressing change,length of stay,and the cost of antibiotics.Results:The number of dressing changes,hospital stay and the cost of antibiotics of the experimental group were better than the control group.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with postoperative infection in the trauma department of orthopedics is significant.关键词
