射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性分析
Clinical effect and safety analysis of radiofrequency thermal ablation in the treatment of hysteromyoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of radiofrequency thermal ablation in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:The clinical data of 193 cases of patients with hysteromyoma treated by radiofrequency thermal ablation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The total effective rate was 97.4%;the cure rate was 57.5%;the pain remitted 4~6 hours after operation.Postoperative vagina bleed for 2~30 days and the menstruation of patients returned to normal 1~3 months after operation.Conclusion:Radiofrequency thermal ablation in the treatment of hysteromyoma had significant clinical effect and higher safety.关键词
