摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of single segment pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of multiple thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:12 cases of patients with multiple thoracolumbar fractures were as the observation group,which was treated with single segment pedicle screw fixation.In the same period,24 cases of patients with multiple thoracolumbar fractures were divided into two groups randomly.The control group 1 was given short segment pedicle screw fixation,and the control group 2 was treated with long segment pedicle screw fixation.The clinical effect of 3 groups were compared.Results:The observation group had smaller incision,less bleeding,less surgical trauma and shorter operation time.The postoperative spinal mobility of the observation group was improved gradually and was close to normal in 12 months after operation.The postoperative spinal mobility of the control group 2 had no changes.Conclusion:Single segment pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of multiple thoracolumbar fractures had significant clinical effect.关键词
