小儿高热惊厥应用双氯芬酸钠栓剂的近期疗效与安全性观察
Short term curative effect and safety observation of application of diclofenac sodium suppository in infantile febrile convulsion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the short term curative effect and safety of application of diclofenac sodium suppository in infantile febrile convulsion.Methods:106 children patients with febrile convulsion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 53 cases in each.The control group was given 25% analgin nasal drop treatment.The study group was given diclofenac sodium suppository plug anal treatment.The curative effects were compared between groups.Results:The total improvement rates of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The occurrence rates of vomiting, sweating in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diclofenac sodium suppository in the treatment of infantile febrile convulsion can help to reduce the seizures,reduce the hypothermia,and its safety is high.关键词
