银杏叶片治疗偏头痛的疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of ginkgo biloba tablets in the treatment of migraine.Methods:191 cases of patients with migraine were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the treatment group was treated with ginkgo biloba tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group (29.17%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(14.74%) (P=0.023).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.011).The improvement of dizziness,nausea, vomiting,anxiety,insomnia,memory decline in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba tablets combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine had better clinical curative effect than flunarizine.关键词
