Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injection combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime.The observation group added Tan Re Qing injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 92.86% was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group;APACHE- Ⅱ score was significantly lower than that in the control group;the disappearance time of fever and cough and expectoration was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injection combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.关键词
