Clinical analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment for cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment for cough variant asthma.Methods:The control group was given antibiotics,spasmolysis and calm down asthma treatment.The observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,persistent wheezing duration,cough duration,shortness of breath duration,pulmonary wheezing rale and moist rale duration,increased heart rate duration were shorter than the control group;the value of PEF was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate of 100.0% was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment for cough variant asthma was significant.关键词
