Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:118 patients with premature ventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined steady heart pellet.The control group was treated with sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule.The control group was treated with isosorbide dinitrate,metoprolol and nitroglycerin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was significant.关键词
