Effect evaluation of acupotomy combined with Shuluo Zhitong decoction fumigation in the treatment of hanbi type of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupotomy combined with Shuluo Zhitong decoction fumigation in the treatment of hanbi type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:160 cases of patients with hanbi type of knee osteoarthritis were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was given acupotomy and Shuluo Zhitong decoction fumigation.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 months of treatment,the differences of LKSS score,WOMAC and VAS score between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:acupotomy combined with Shuluo Zhitong decoction fumigation in the treatment of hanbi type of knee osteoarthritis had remarkable clinical curative effect.关键词
