摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of sputum culture combined with urinary antigen detection for streptococcus pneumonia in infants and young children.Methods:213 cases of children with lower respiratory tract infection were selected.They were given sputum bacteria culture and identification and drug sensitivity,at the same time,we detected urinary pneumococcal polysaccharide antigen by immune chromatography.Results:The positive rate of sputum culture was 11.2%;the positive rate of urinary pneumococcal antigen was 23%;the positive rate of urinary pneumococcal antigen in children with positive sputum culture was 100% ,which was significantly higher than 18.2% of the negative group(P<0.01).The sensitivity of urinary streptococcus pneumoniae antigen detection was 100% ;specificity was 81.8% ;accuracy was 84% .Conclusion:Urinary antigen detection of streptococcus pneumoniae technology had the exact value in the diagnosis of infant pneumonia caused by streptococcus pneumoniae,combined with sputum culture can improve the diagnostic accordance rate,and it can provide bacteriological reference and antibiotic selection basis for diagnosis and treatment of children.关键词
