Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving the diet behavior and promoting the growth and development of children with high risk of cerebral palsy.Methods:100 cases of children with high risk of cerebral palsy were divided into the intervention group and the control group randomly.The control group was given routine health guidance for infant care.The intervention group was given oral massage stimulation on the basis of the control group.The children's diet and growth and development of the two groups in 1 month,3 months,6 months after the intervention were compared.Results:The scores of dietary behavior in the intervention group in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI of the intervention group in 3 months,6 months after intervention were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective early feeding nursing intervention could play an important role in promoting the diet behavior,growth and development of children with high risk of cerebral palsy.关键词
