Related factors and nursing prevention of incision infection of lateral episiotomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing prevention measure of incision infection of lateral episiotomy. Methods:56 puerperas with incision infection of lateral episiotomy were as the observation group.The 56 puerperas without incision infection were as the control group at the same period.The risk factors of incision infection of lateral episiotomy were analyzed.The effective nursing prevention measures were explored.Results:In the body mass index, surgical season,living conditions,concurrent disease,vaginal examination time,reproductive tract infection,premature rupture of membranes,skin preparation to lateral episiotomy operation time,hospitalization time,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors that cause the incision infection of lateral episiotomy.The medical staff should observe the clinical symptoms of the patients during the perioperative period,and provide effective preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of incision infection.关键词
