Effect of miR-126 on apoptosis of myocardial cells in rats with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore effect of miR⁃126 on apoptosis of myocardial cells in rats with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) . Methods AMI model was established by ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery.
