Abstract
To develop a gradient HPLC method for the determination of related substance in cyromazine,the chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse plus C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol /L ammonium acetate (A)and methanol (B)with gradient program.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 213 nm.The results showed good separation of cyromazine from five impurities.The method is simple and sensitive for the impurity detection of cyromazine.关键词
