A Study of Job Burnout in Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Teachers

摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the job burnout of hearing and speech rehabilitation teachers and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods The "Preschool Teachers Burnout Questionnaire" was used to investigate 210 hearing and speech rehabilitation teachers. The SPSS17.0 statistical software was applied to performing thet test and analysis of variance. ResultsThe job burnout was commonly seen among hearing and speech rehabilitation teachers. There were significant differences among teachers with different marriage status, teaching experience, age, education and professional title(P<0.05). Conclusion Appropriate measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence and degree of job burnout in hearing and speech rehabilitation teachers.
