基于最近距离法的医疗服务地理可及性可视化表达方法及实证研究
A method of calculating and visualizing spatial accessibility to health services based on the nearest distance method

Abstract
Objective:To develop a method of measuring and visualizing spatial accessibility of health services for optimizing the distribution of regional health resources and applying this method in illustrating blank area of basic health services for re-allocating health resources. Methods:Basic data,including the administrative districts,road network, population distribution,the address of hospitals,and other information were collected and organized. Then,the research was based on putting forward a method,expert consultation,simulation verification and perfecting the method by ArcGIS. Results:(1)Forming a method about calculating and visualizing,and spatial accessibility to health services through developing a series of measures to solute some key questions,including defining service area of medical institutions, calculating population of service area,and figuring out distance of road network.(2)Calculating and visualizing the accessibility of health services in the case study of Shanghai. The result showed that 94.10%area of the city was covered by health services within 15-minutes-distance and 97.27%people could access health services in 15 minutes. Conclusion:It is found that Shanghai is a city with high spatial accessibility of health resources based on the nearest distance method. And this method is demonstrated to be practicable and valid. The result of this method can illustrate blank area of health resources,which can be used for regional health planning.关键词
