住院病人空间分布可视化表达与实证研究
Research of developing a method to visualize spatial distribution of inpatients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a method to visualize spatial distribution of inpatients and the software operating procedure to achieve the goal. Methods:Inpatient address coding information of sample area was used to simulate the distribution of inpatients,then the results were delivered to relative experts to demonstrate the validity of this method. Results:A set of operation procedure of describing patients’ spatial distribution was formed. Firstly,inpatient relative data,especially the address of inpatients was collected. Secondly,inpatient database based on spatial attributes was set up. Thirdly,spatial correlation between inpatients distribution and base map,like administrative boundary of district(ring buffer,block with population spatial distribution)was established by geographic information system(GIS)software and analysis was conducted. This approach can be performed by ArcGIS. Fourthly,the value of physicians to population in certain area was calculated. Finally,the distribution characteristic of inpatients was visualized. Conclusion:The model of inpatients distribution can be drawn according to the above steps. And this method based on ArcGIS is proved to be practicable and understandable to illustrate spatial distribution of inpatients,which provides complementary suggestions for administrators to formulate development strategy of health planning.关键词
