河南省18地市卫生资源配置研究
Research on health resource allocation among 18 cities in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the present status of health resource allocation in Henan Province and provide a reference for the rational health resource allocation. Methods:Rank-sum ratio(RSR)method was used for comprehensive evaluation of health resources,which included health facilities per 1 000 people,beds per 1 000 people,health personnel per 1 000 people,and health professionals per 1 000 people. Results:There were great differences among health resources indicators in different cities of Henan Province. The variation coefficients of various indicators were more than 25%. The regress equation of RSR was RSR=0.674+0.235Y,r=0.960. Evaluation results were divided into four classes. Cities in the first class(low)were Xinyang and Zhumadian;cities in the second class(lower)were Zhoukou,Nanyang, Shangqiu,Xuchang,Kaifeng,and Anyang;cities in the third class(middle)were Pingdingshan,Luohe,Puyang, Hebi,Jiyuan,Jiaozuo and Luoyang;cities in the fourth class(more)were Zhengzhou,Xinxiang and Sanmenxia. Conclusion:The health resource allocation is not balanced in Henan Province. The health resources per capita are higher in Sanmenxia,Xinxiang and Zhengzhou,but are lower in some cities,such as Xinyang and Zhumadian. It is suggested that the government pay sufficient attention to the question,strengthen macro management,and improve efficiency and fairness of health resource allocation.关键词
