2004-2013年广西卫生资源配置与利用分析
Analysis on health resource allocation and utilization in Guangxi from 2004 to 2013

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the allocation and utilization of health resources in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2004 to 2013,so as to put forward suggestions for reasonable decision-making and utilization of health resources. Methods:The descriptive analysis on allocation and utilization of health resources in different periods was carried out. Results:From 2004 to 2013,the number of health institutions had few changes,and the number of beds, health personnel and health professionals increased by 103.91%,121.09% and 101.69%,respectively. The clinic visits,daily visits per doctor and the utilization rate of beds increased by 221.30%,75.51%and 59.74%,respectively. Conclusion:The total health resources increased;the health resources per capita were still low. The efficiency in utilization of health resources was improved;the workloads of health personnel increased. The ratio of physician-nurse increased,but it needed further improvement. It is suggested to strengthen the service capacity of primary health institutions,allocate health resources according to local conditions,and make more efforts in training the physicians and nurses.关键词
