摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension Sildenafil should the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods Select Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province Chinese Medicine Hospital,the second 2015 January-June were treated idiopathic pulmonary hypertension or congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension 26 patients for the study,oral administration of sildenafil,measured before and after treatment in patients with pulmonary vasoconstriction pressure,6 min adverse medication during walking distance,cardiac index,Borg dyspnea index,cardiac output,simultaneous detection of vision and biochemical indices recorded occurrence.ResultsAfter the treatment of pulmonary hypertension in patients with functional class,functional class,Borg ratings than those before treatment,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);6 min walking distance than before treatment increased,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sildenafil improves pulmonary hypertension patients with heart function and respiratory difficulties,significantly improved exercise capacity,and pulmonary arterial pressures also have decreased,and the side effect is smal,is a selection of safe and effective drugs.关键词
