Abstract
Objective To study the effect and aesthetic of the individual reducing tension plastic surgery in the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods Select Luohe Central Hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,67 patients with nasal septum deviation as research subjects, using randomly divided into observation group(36 cases) and control group(31 cases ).Patients in the control group were treated with traditional submucosal resection;the other patients in the observation group were treated with individual reducing tension plastic surgery.After treatments,we compared their operation time,intra-operative blood loss,postoperative pain,postoperative complications and patient's own aesthetic satisfaction differences.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group were significantly longer operative time,but less blood loss, postoperative days 1 and 3 pain scores were significantly lower,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the observation group were the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,and the patient'saesthetic satisfaction was significantly higher,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional submucosal resection,the effect of individual reducing tension plastic surgery in the treatment of nasal septum deviation is significant.Patients have high aesthetic satisfaction,less intra-operative blood loss,less postoperative pain,less complications,more safety and reliability.关键词
