摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features of asymptomatic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 2010 January to 2o13 in December in Central Hospital of Tonghua,Jilin Province were 50 cases of asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients as the research object,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data,including past medical history,CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) imaging findings,treatment methods and prognosis.Results 14 patients 42 cases,and to examine the results of the group of 45 patients by CT examination confirmed that accounted for 90.0%;CT negative MRI lesions were found in 5 cases(10.0%).CT and MRI showed multiple lesions in 42 cases were lacunar infarction lesion diameter is less than or equal to 2.0 cm,solitary lesions in 8 cases,for large cerebral infarction lesion,lesion diameter>2.0 cm,shape irregular patchy,with hypertension and coronary artery atherosclerosis heart disease,high cholesterol,diabetes history in 14 cases,paroxysmal arrhythmia in 4 cases; treatment 14 days clinical results,folowed up for 1~3 years,the development of symptomatic cerebral infarction in 2 cases.Conclusion Silent cerebral infarction does not cause a clear neurological symptoms,but it wil progress to symptomatic cerebral infarction, should pay attention to the brain imaging examination,active control of risk factors,timely treatment.关键词
