摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship with the decline of turbulence and the cause of menstrual ovarian function decreased ovarian reserve function.Methods Retrospectively selected 50 cases of menstrual disorder patient data from October 2014 to January 2016 in Nanhai District of Foshan City,the Sixth People's Hospital for treatment of a disorder group and the same period a health check on the hospital medical center in 50 cases normal menstruation women as a control group.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of female ovarian reserve and the effect of disorder patients age and duration of ovarian reserve.Results The serum folicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and FSH/ hormone (LH) were significantly increased,and the difference was statisticaly significant with the increase of age and course of disease (P<0.05).Conclusion Decline in ovarian reserve function is one of the factors that leadto female menstrual disorders,and ovarian reserve function is also affected by disease duration and age.关键词
