摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with alcoholism in emergency department.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,96 cases of patients with alcoholism in emergency department of Changping Hospital of Dongguan Province,Guangdong province were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,it was divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,each of 48 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine care,the observation group was based on the control group,the implementation of targeted care,compared with the two groups of patients with accident,nurse patient disputes incidence rate,nursing satisfaction and clinical compliance.Results Observation group accident occurrence rate,the incidence of nurse patient disputes were significantly lower than that of the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observation group patients compliance of the excelent and good rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted care for patients with alcoholism in emergency department can significantly improve the quality of nursing and clinical compliance,reduce the incidence of accidents and disputes,and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
