不同盆底康复治疗方案对产后压力性尿失禁康复的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of different pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment for postpartum stress urinary incontinence rehabilitation.Method:330 cases of primipara with symptoms of urinary incontinence 12 weeks after parturition in our hospital were selected from September 2013 to September 2015. All patients were divided into observation group and control group,165 cases in each group,according to the treatment they chosen as their intention.The control group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy, observation group received pelvic floor functional training of Kegel exercise cooperate vaginal dumbbell on the basis of control group.Pelvic floor muscle strength,the degree of incontinence score, 1 h urine leakage of urine pad test, the change of the perineum three-dimensional ultrasonic testing and treatment effect after 3 months of two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Result:After treatment the indexes of both two groups changed better than before ,but those of observation group improved more obvious than which of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the cure rate of observation group was 77.18%, and the cure rate of control group was 67.83%,the curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two different types of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence have rehabilitation effect,biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy in combination with pelvic floor function training can obviously improve the symptoms and prognosis of postpartum stress urinary incontinence,effectively improve the reproductive health of postpartum and quality of life of women,recommending popularized application.关键词
