鸦胆子仁浸剂治疗CINⅠ伴人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床疗效
The Clinical Observation of Brucea Javanica Treatment of CINⅠCaused by the Infection of High-risk HPV

Abstract
Objective:To discuss clinical curative effect of Brucea javanica treatment of CINⅠ caused by the infection of high-risk HPV.Method:86 cases of CINⅠ with human papilloma virus infection in outpatient service department of gynaecology were selected.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and blank control group,43 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Brucea javanica,blank control group did not use any drugs.The treatment of HPV and CINⅠ regression of two groups were compared.Result:After 3 courses treatment of HPV,the effective rate of treatment group was 60.5%,and blank control group was 2.3%,for CINⅠefficient rate of two groups were respectively 58.0% and 2.3%,treatment group of those were better than blank control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infusion of Brucea javanica in the treatment of CINⅠ with human papilloma virus infection is safe and effective.关键词
