Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer in the value analysis.Method:A total of 212 patients of breast cancer routine ultrasound with 254 nodules conventional BI-RADS classification,pathology results were compared with the BI-RADS.Result:The 254 cases of nodules, BI-RADS 3 category of 40 cases,4a category of 106 cases,4b category of 42 cases,4c category of 40 cases,5 category of 22 cases,6 category of 4 cases.162 cases with pathologically confirmed benign nodules,92 cases with malignant nodules,the sensitivity of BI-RADS classification diagnosis of breast cancer was 95.6%(88/92) and specificity of 82.7%(134/162).Conclusion:Ultrasound BI-RADS classification has higher breast cancer diagnostic sensitivity and with good value.关键词
