多排螺旋CT与MR对胰腺癌的诊断价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and MR for pancreatic cancer.Method:From March 2014 to March 2015,88 cases of pancreatic cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the CT group and MR group,each group had 44 cases.The CT group was implemented multi slice spiral CT scanning and the MR group was implemented dynamic enhanced MR scan, the pathological examination results were set as gold standard,the diagnostic value of two kinds of inspection methods for pancreatic cancer were compared.Result:The accuracy of spiral CT in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was 88.64%,sensitivity was 84.09%,specificity was 77.27%.The accuracy of MR in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was 90.91%,sensitivity was 84.09%,specificity was 75.00%,there were no significant differences of two methods in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer(P>0.05).The show values of pancreatic cancer focus of MR group were higher than the CT group at the pancreatic arterial phase,venous phase and delayed phase,the differences were statistically signifivcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of multi-slice CT and MR enhancement scanning in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer all have very significant diagnostic value,only one of the two methods can be selected for clinical diagnosis.关键词
