Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the adverse psychological and life quality of patients with gastric ulcer.Method:200 cases of gastric ulcer in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 according to the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group. All patients were treated with eradication of Helicobacter pylori, inhibiting gastric acid, protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa, promoting gastric motility and so on. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of two groups were observed.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.0% and the control group was 28.0%, the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the quality of life of each factor score in observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS scores of two groups were improved,the effect of observation group improved more ideal than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can help improve the treatment compliance of patients with gastric ulcer,strengthen the treatment effect,improve the negative emotions and the quality of life.关键词
