Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of self management strategies on the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from August 2015 to March 2014,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group,60 cases in each group.The intervention group was given self-management intervention,control group received routine intervention.Before and after 24 weeks of intervention,the situation of two groups’ patients with disease self-management were analyzed,and the quality life of patients were assessed according to the San George George's Respiratory Questionnaire.Result:After intervention,the emergency self-help, reasonable diet, adverse psychological reactions, smoking cessation control wine, correct medication, disease recurrence rate, satisfaction of education, adhere to the pulmonary rehabilitation training and on time follow-up visits of intervention group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom score,influence score and total score of intervention group were significantly decreased,and thoses were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self management intervention should be used in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the patients’ self-management ability and quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
