Abstract
Objective:To analyze practical application effects of PDCA cycling control technique on continuous improvement operations of nursing quality.Method:The rules and regulations were revised and improved according to specific conditions of the hospital,PDCA cycling control technique was applied to continuous improvement operations of nursing quality, before and after the application of PDCA cycling control technique the changes in conditions of nursing quality of the hospital were compared. 80 patients were randomly selected in the hospital department of respiration from May 2014 to June 2015 as subjects of this research, who were divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group underwent PDCA cycling, and patients in the control group did not undergo PDCA cycling,the satisfactions of two groups on nursing operations were observed.Result:The basic nursing quality,grading nursing quality, technical operation quality,quality of nursing record sheets,ward round quality and health education quality were significantly improved when PDCA cycling control technique was implemented,compared before PDCA cycling technique,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group on nursing operations was 95.0%,significantly higher than that of control group 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycling control technique applied in continuous improvement operations of nursing quality enables the nursing management to be more humanized,and this technique not only can improve the nursing quality of hospital,but also improve satisfaction of patients on nursing operations,conforming to the requirements of nursing quality.关键词
