Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized pain management on pain intervention in patients with thoracic trauma.Method:From January to December in 2014,198 cases of thoracic trauma in our hospital were selected as the control group,from January to December in 2015,198 cases of thoracic trauma in our hospital were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,the experimental group was given individualized pain management on basis of the control group,the pain perception questionnaire at discharge time,pain score,sleep time and Barthel index score of 1,3,6 days in hospital and satisfaction with pain control at discharge in two groups were compared.Result:The pain perception questionnaire, pain score,sleep time,Barthel index score and satisfaction with pain control of experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with thoracic trauma,giving individualization pain management and pain cognitive education can greatly improve the patients with pain knowledge and hospitalized self-care ability,it is conducive to the early recovery of patients, worth of clinical application.关键词
