妊娠期高血压疾病产妇围生期血液黏度与血小板参数的变化研究
Study on the Change of Blood Viscosity and Platelet Parameters of Delivery Women with Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy during the Perinatal Period

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the change situation of blood viscosity and platelet parameters of delivery women with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy during the perinatal period.Methods:From October 2013 to December 2015,45 delivery women with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the observation group,45 healthy delivery women at the same period were selected as the control group,the blood viscosity and platelet parameters of two groups before the delivery,at first stage of labor,at second stage of labor and at 5 min after the delivery were compared.Result:The blood viscosity,platelet distribution width (PDW), large platelet ratio (P-LCR) of observation group before the delivery,at first stage of labor,at second stage of labor and at 5 min after the delivery were all higher than the control group,the platelet count (PLT) were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood viscosity,PDW, P-LCR of two groups at second stage of labor were all higher than those at other time,while the PLT were all lower than those at other time.Conclusion:The change of blood viscosity and platelet parameters of delivery women with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy during the perinatal period are obvious,intervention should be strengthened to different stages of the above indicators.关键词
