Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combining spinal epidural anesthesia for obese pregnant women and provide data reference for maternal and infant safety anesthesia selection.Method:From December 2014 to December 2015,100 cases of obese pregnant women with cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 50 cases.The observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia and the control group was treated with epidural anesthesia,the anesthesia effect of two groups were compared.Result:The anesthesia onset time, analgesic effect,muscle relaxation effect,cases of low blood pressure,ephedrine and auxiliary medicine times of observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significant in maternal adverse reactions and neonatal Apgar scores of two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:In the choice to implement cesarean anesthesia for obese women,combined spinal epidural anesthesia can improve the effect of muscle relaxation and analgesia,has high clinical safety factor and remarkable treatment effect,the harm to mother and infant are small,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
