尿液巨细胞病毒DNA联合血清巨细胞病毒特异抗体检测对婴儿巨细胞病毒感染的诊断价值研究
Value of Diagnosis of CMV DNA in Urine and Serum of CMV-specific Antibody Detection of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Infants

Abstract
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of exploring the use of CMV DNA in urine and serum of CMV-specific antibody detection in the diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection in infants, to assess its clinical significance.Method:From February 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital received 90 cases of suspected diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection in infants for the study,they were given the urine CMV DNA and CMV-specific serum antibody detection in children.The results of a single test and combined two detection methods were compared with treatment of children before and after.Result:The positive rate of CMV DNA detection in urine was 58.89% (53/90), specificity was 62.22% (56/90) and specificity of serum antibody positive rate of CMV was 51.11%(46/90),specificity was 61.11%(55/90) showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of CMV DNA in urine and serum of CMV-specific antibody detection was 78.89% (71/90),and specificity was 91.11%(82/90),compared with two single species detection methods detect,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, CMV DNA and serum of CMV-specific antibody were lowher than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of infantile cytomegalovirus infection cytomegalovirus DNA over urine and serum antibody detection of CMV-specific clinical results,should be widely applied.关键词
