Value of Diagnosis of CMV DNA in Urine and Serum of CMV-specific Antibody Detection of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Infants
目的：研究探索在诊断婴儿巨细胞病毒感染中采用尿液巨细胞病毒DNA联合血清巨细胞病毒特异抗体检测的诊断价值，评估其临床意义。方法：选择2014年2月-2015年5月本院收诊的90例疑似巨细胞病毒感染的婴幼儿为研究对象，采用尿液巨细胞病毒DNA和血清巨细胞病毒特异抗体对患儿进行检测，比较单一检测及联合检测与治疗前后患儿检测结果。结果：尿液巨细胞病毒DNA检测的阳性率58.89%（53/90）、特异性62.22%（56/90）与血清巨细胞病毒特异抗体检…查看全部>>
