The Prospect of Development and Application of Android Based Cardiac Rehabilitation Risk Assessment Software

Abstract
Objective: To provided the basis for further development and application of the evaluation software,based on the development of Android system, the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment software was evaluated.Method:The Android-based cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment software consisting a cardiac rehabilitation risk model, which was built upon multiple parameters such as past medical history, family medical history, habits,basic physical monitoring index,cardiovascular behavior rating scale, and medication history were used for the study.A self-adjustable item pool was established based on such model.The cardiac risks then was assessed by utilizing computer’s adaptive principle. From January to June 2015,a survey was distributed to 300 patients from departments of cardiology in several general hospitals and community clinics in Guangzhou,their satisfaction of using assessment software,knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation and the need for evaluation of Android systems software were observed.Result:The patients had higher satisfactions of using Android-based cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment app in regards to its assessing time and accuracy.Meanwhile, the survey indicated that the majority of the patients had inadequate knowledge about cardiovascular diseases and were in great need of personalized management on cardiac rehabilitation.Conclusion:Patients have higher satisfactions toward using Android-based cardiac rehabilitation risk assessment software. Such application has broader applicable prospect and practical value of intervening risk factors of cardiovascular diseases,and realizing personalized management on cardiac rehabilitation.关键词
