精神分裂症患者社区康复与长期住院治疗对照研究
A Comparative Study of Community Rehabilitation and Long-term Hospitalization of Schizophrenia Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of community rehabilitation and long-term hospitalization in patients with schizophrenia.Method:From March 2013 to April 2014,120 cases of schizophrenia in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the community group and the inpatient group according to the random number table method,each group had 60 cases.The community group returned to community rehabilitation treatment after the short period of hospitalization,the inpatient group were treated with conventional medicine,the social function defect screening scale (SDSS) score, psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) score and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared at the time of entry and after 1 year.Result:There were no significant differences in BPRS,SF-36 and SDSS scores of two groups at the time of entry(P>0.05).After 1 years of treatment,the community group SDSS,general health (GH),social activities (SF) and mental health (MH) scores were better than the inpatient group,the total effective rate of mental recovery was higher than the inpatient group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hospitalization can effectively help patients with mental recovery,but the community rehabilitation treatment of schizophrenia patients not only can effectively improve the ability of social activities and mental health, but also the degree of social function defect is low,the patient mental recovery is good.关键词
